SUMMARY The purpose of this paper is to show how Elizabeth Johnson depicts the First Person of the Trinity in her book She Who Is: The Mystery of God in Feminist Theological Discourse. Firstly, to highlight the peculiarities of the First Person, the author presents two other Persons of the Trinity. Secondly, the author describes the First Person, who Johnson calls Mother - Sophia, on the background of works of other feminist theologians who also portray God as Mother. The general conclusions are as follows. 1° Johnson assigns an important role to language which describes God. 2° Johnson prefers to assign some attributes to God in general rather than to particular Divine Person. 3° In spite of the second conclusion, we can find one distinctiveness of the First Person - it is to be the source and goal of all creatures but also the divine origin in the Blessed Trinity. ⇑ ID=368 autor: Menke, K.-H.tytuł: Wolność teonomiczna i libertariańska. A METACRITICAL COMPARISON Summary In this article, Karl-Heinz Menke takes up an argument with two Catholic thinkers, namely Magnus Striet, a fundamental theologian from Freiburg, and Saskia Wendel, a professor-theologian from Tübingen. Striet and Wendel transfer Protestant formulas of sola to recent Catholic theology, building on the libertarian conception of freedom that has continued from Duns Scotus through W. Ockham to I. Kant. The libertarian turn demanded of the Church by Striet and Wendel would be to take the content of revelation ‒ which for them is merely an interpretation ‒ not as subject-independent insights of theoretical reason, but as claims of practical reason. According to them, revelation and reason, grace and freedom are ‒ as K.-H. notes. Menke ‒ first of all a very personal experience. Therefore, the Church’s magisterial teaching is a discriminatory one that fits into the whole history of human oppression. This article tries to demonstrate the sacramental nature of marriage. Then, on this basis, describes it as a vocation, which aims to eternal salvation. An interesting issue which comes up in the article is the comparison of marriage and celibacy and show them as parallel methods of service and sanctification. SUMMARY Structure of the iconographic decoration of the orthodox church makes the performance of the appropriate theological and symbolic canon, established for each of its parts and harmonizing with the active liturgical activity. The most important elements of the decoration, which dominate since XI century remain invariable and during few subsequent centuries have only been made more perfect. The end of XVII century has been assumed as the final period in which comprehensive iconographic vision of the orthodox church was shaped. The icon, as understood by the eastern theology, is the expression of charismatic consciousness of the Church as a whole in relation to the transcendental reality. It is not treated only as the work of the individual creative imagination, allowed only for the aesthetic experience of an individual, but as a value of the universal nature. After the discovery made by Remco Sleiderink of unknown fragments from 14th century this text has received some new attention mainly regarding the content that has been rearranged. Among many questions that have to be answered was that of the devilish element. The text reaches its climax in a rape scene on one of the main characters Rosafiere by her own father, who sneaks into the convent, accompanied by and with the help of the devil, both in the form of a nun. In this article the motif of the anthropomorphic devil is presented from theological point of view as a locus theologicus and analysed and explained by means of literary theology. Scientific research on artificial intelligence has brought us the new problems to be solved. So then the question arises: can the computer have a mind like a human? In this interdisciplinary article the author deals with the question of the limits of the rationality. He analyses the range of problems discussed in the field of science, philosophy and theology. He presents Roger Penrose's idea of a non-computable (non-algorithmic) character of the human consciousness. Because of this basic feature humans are not reducible to the computer. The author takes into consideration the mystery of world and shows its relevance for the theology. The emphasis on demythologisation in modern theology led to a certain scepticism about the parousia. Some protestant interpretations reduced the parousia from the category of event to that of symbol (Bultmann, early Barth), while Moltmann defended the expectation of the parousia. For Barth the content of "the future of Christ" is only an "unveiling" of what has already been achieved in the paschal mystery. But for Moltmann the category of "unveiling" needs the addition of that of a final and definitive "complement."
